Business development manager
Lorel Marketing Group, a nationally recognized multi-channel creative marketing agency in King of Prussia PA, is in search of a Business Development Manager.
RESPONSABILITIES :
Ideal candidate will have: 4+ years experience in business development with an advertising agency. You have existing c-level and senior level contacts and the ability to develop long-term relationships that generate new business.
DESCRIPTION :
Identifying new client prospects that have marketing communications needs and present and sell the agency's appropriate solutions to meet the client needs
Working directly with the head of the agency to develop a New Business program
Support new business development programs within the agency
Producing RFI's / RFP's
Collaborating with the agency's team to lead and support agency pitch teams to deliver winning proposals
Tracking and reporting of the business development pipeline
Minimum of 4-6 years agency experience within marketing and advertising experience; including digital
Bachelor's degree in business, or marketing with 4 years of experience in the field
Experience in healthcare is preferred
Previous experience as a member of a New Business team, with a solid track record of landing new business
An effective and proactive networker
A self motivated person who has delivered consistent revenue through strategic sales solutions
Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
Strong presentation skills
Salary: Base plus commission.
