Lorel Marketing Group, a nationally recognized multi-channel creative marketing agency in King of Prussia PA, is in search of a Business Development Manager.


 

RESPONSABILITIES :

Ideal candidate will have: 4+ years experience in business development with an advertising agency. You have existing c-level and senior level contacts and the ability to develop long-term relationships that generate new business.

 

DESCRIPTION :

  • Identifying new client prospects that have marketing communications needs and present and sell the agency's appropriate solutions to meet the client needs

  • Working directly with the head of the agency to develop a New Business program

  • Support new business development programs within the agency

  • Producing RFI's / RFP's

  • Collaborating with the agency's team to lead and support agency pitch teams to deliver winning proposals

  • Tracking and reporting of the business development pipeline

  • Minimum of 4-6 years agency experience within marketing and advertising experience; including digital

  • Bachelor's degree in business, or marketing with 4 years of experience in the field

  • Experience in healthcare is preferred

  • Previous experience as a member of a New Business team, with a solid track record of landing new business

  • An effective and proactive networker

  • A self motivated person who has delivered consistent revenue through strategic sales solutions

  • Excellent communication skills; written and verbal

  • Strong presentation skills

Salary: Base plus commission.
